Packaging Requirements

  • Use the original manufacturer packaging whenever possible.
  • Wrap fragile parts (sensors, glass, mirrors) in bubble wrap or foam.
  • Include all hardware, brackets, and documentation that came with the part.

Refund & Restocking

PartsMB Fulfillment Errors

If you received the wrong part due to a PartsMB fulfillment error, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional charge. Contact us immediately at sales@partsmb.com or 800-670-1150 with your order number and a photo of the part received.

Carrier Damage

If your part arrives visibly damaged, do not discard the packaging. Document the damage with photos before accepting or opening the shipment whenever possible. Concealed damage must be reported to PartsMB within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.
