If you received the wrong part due to a PartsMB fulfillment error, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional charge. Contact us immediately at sales@partsmb.com or 800-670-1150 with your order number and a photo of the part received.
If your part arrives visibly damaged, do not discard the packaging. Document the damage with photos before accepting or opening the shipment whenever possible. Concealed damage must be reported to PartsMB within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after this period has closed, regardless of circumstance.

Yes, as long as the part is unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and the return is initiated within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for orders placed in error.
Electrical components such as sensors, control modules, and ECUs can be damaged by electrostatic discharge or brief installation attempts without any visible signs. Because we cannot verify their condition after leaving our facility, all electrical part sales are final. Please confirm compatibility carefully before ordering.
