Yes, we ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is typically 7β21 days. Oversized, hazmat, and freight items are not eligible for military address shipments. Standard ground rates apply.
If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, we'll file a carrier claim on your behalf. Once confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund β your choice. Claims typically resolve within 5β10 business days.
No. The free shipping promotion applies to standard UPS/FedEx ground shipments only. Freight, oversized, and hazmat items are excluded and quoted separately at checkout regardless of order total.
