Ordering
Search for your part using the search bar at the top of the page or browse by vehicle make and model. Once you find the right part, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. To request a change, call us immediately at 800-670-1150 or email sales@partsmb.com. Once an order has been picked and packed, we are unable to make changes.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your PartsMB account, go to Order History, and click on your order to view its real-time tracking status. If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes! We offer competitive pricing for shops, dealerships, and fleet operators purchasing parts in volume. Contact our sales team at sales@partsmb.com with details about the parts and quantities you need, and we'll put together a custom quote for you.
Absolutely. Our parts specialists are available to take phone orders Monday through Friday, 8AM–6PM EST at 800-670-1150. Have your vehicle's year, make, model, and part number (if known) handy to speed up the process.
Yes. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. We recommend saving it for your records, especially if you need to file a warranty claim or initiate a return.
Shipping
98.4% of in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 2PM EST Monday–Friday typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier and service level are selected at checkout. Expedited options including overnight and 2-day shipping are available at an additional cost.
Currently, PartsMB ships to all 50 U.S. states and territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not yet offer international shipping. If you're located outside the U.S., please contact us — we may be able to accommodate your order on a case-by-case basis.
If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photos of the outer box and damaged part, then contact us within 5 business days at sales@partsmb.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you and file a claim with the carrier.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over a certain amount. The free shipping threshold and any active promotions are displayed at checkout. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of free shipping events and special offers.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned. Electrical components, special-order parts, and hazardous materials are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order and click "Return Item"
- Choose your reason and submit the request
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at sales@partsmb.com or call 800-670-1150 with your order number and a description of the part you received. We'll ship the correct part at no additional charge and arrange pickup of the wrong item.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Yes. If you need a different part (different size, spec, or fitment), initiate a return for the original part and place a new order for the correct one. This ensures the fastest processing time. If you need help identifying the right part, our team is happy to assist — just contact us.
Parts & Fitment
Every product listing on PartsMB includes a fitment guide showing compatible years, makes, models, and trim levels. You can also use the vehicle selector at the top of the site to filter results to your specific car. For additional confirmation, provide your vehicle's VIN number to our team and we'll verify compatibility.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by or to the exact specifications of the vehicle manufacturer. They are guaranteed to fit and perform exactly as the original part.
Aftermarket parts are produced by third-party manufacturers and are designed to match or exceed OEM specs, often at a lower price point. PartsMB carries only quality-verified aftermarket brands to ensure reliability.
Yes — Mercedes-Benz parts are our specialty. We carry an extensive catalog of OEM and aftermarket parts covering all major MB models, from C-Class and E-Class to GLE, AMG, and classic series. Use the Mercedes-Benz category in the navigation to browse by model and year.
Yes. Our search bar supports part number lookups. Simply enter the OEM or manufacturer part number into the search field and we'll match it to the correct listing. If no result appears, contact us — we may be able to source the part for you.
Many product listings include installation notes or links to manufacturer documentation. We also maintain a library of Installation Guides for common repairs. For complex jobs, we always recommend consulting a certified technician. Our customer support team can also point you to the right resources.
Payment & Billing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Absolutely. PartsMB uses industry-standard SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment details are transmitted securely and are never stored on our servers. We partner with trusted payment processors to ensure the highest level of security.
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. The exact tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Tax-exempt businesses can contact us with their exemption certificate to have tax removed from their account.
If you believe there is an error on your bill, contact our billing team at sales@partsmb.com with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. We will review and resolve any billing issues within 1–2 business days.
Warranty
Yes. Most parts sold by PartsMB include a manufacturer's warranty. OEM parts carry the original manufacturer warranty, while aftermarket parts typically include a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Specific warranty terms are listed on each product page.
To file a warranty claim, contact us at sales@partsmb.com with:
- Your order number and proof of purchase
- A description of the defect or failure
- Photos of the part and any related damage
- Vehicle information (year, make, model, mileage)
Part warranties from PartsMB cover the cost of the defective part only. They do not cover labor costs, consequential damages, or damage resulting from improper installation. We strongly recommend having parts installed by a qualified technician to protect your warranty and vehicle.

Click "My Account" in the top navigation and select "Create Account." Enter your name, email address, and a password. You can also create an account automatically when you complete your first purchase. Having an account lets you track orders, save vehicles to My Garage, and manage your preferences.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. The reset link expires after 24 hours.
My Garage lets you save your vehicles to your account for faster part searches. Instead of re-entering your year, make, and model every time, simply select a saved vehicle from your garage and browse parts that are confirmed to fit. You can save multiple vehicles — perfect for households or shops with several cars.
Log in and go to "My Account" → "Account Settings." From there you can update your name, email address, password, shipping addresses, and communication preferences. Changes are saved immediately.
