PartsMB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. • Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; it does not guarantee acceptance. PartsMB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
• Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements of receipt, not binding acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon shipment of the item(s).
• PartsMB reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or payment failure.
• You are responsible for ensuring all order details — including part numbers, vehicle fitment, shipping address, and contact information — are accurate before submitting.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
• PartsMB uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant processing. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Declined or fraudulent payments will result in order cancellation. PartsMB reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities.

PartsMB makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, PartsMB reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer. The customer will not be charged, or a full refund will be issued if payment was already collected.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.
• Taxes, freight surcharges, hazmat fees, and core charges are separate and displayed at checkout.
• PartsMB is not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing.

Inventory levels are updated regularly but are not guaranteed in real time. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, PartsMB will contact you with options including a substitute part, backorder, or full refund. PartsMB is not liable for losses resulting from product unavailability.

• Risk of loss and title for all items passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• PartsMB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
• The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. PartsMB assumes no liability for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
• Carrier address correction fees resulting from customer error will be billed to the customer.

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and code — is the property of PartsMB or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written consent from PartsMB.
• Third-party brand names, trademarks, and part numbers are used solely for identification and compatibility reference purposes. PartsMB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any OEM manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
• Unauthorized use of any PartsMB intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartsMB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or purchase of products, including but not limited to lost profits, vehicle damage, loss of use, or personal injury.

In no event shall PartsMB's total liability to any customer exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact PartsMB directly at sales@partsmb.com or 800-670-1150 to attempt to resolve the matter informally. PartsMB will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concern within 10 business days.
